Minimum of 30 hours per week, with hours negotiable, over 45 weeks per year. Term time, plus 1 additional week at the start and end of the year and 1 week per term break. ESO Grade 5. The Community Engagement Lead is responsible for building strong connections between Nazareth Catholic College (NCC) its families and the wider community, through a range of engagement programs, services and initiatives. This role focuses on creating opportunities for families, individuals and groups to participate in initiatives that foster belonging and strengthen relationships across all stages of life, from early childhood to senior years. As a member of the Communications & Engagement Team, the Community Engagement Lead works closely with key Nazareth personnel to coordinate and integrate engagement programs across multiple sites.
