About the role Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers? We’re seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude. Key responsibilities Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store. Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices. Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains. Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark – whatever the weather. About you and your skills Working both indoors and outdoors, you’ll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. A keen eye for detail and cleanliness. A passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe work practices. The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic. To be active – you’ll be constantly on the go and may need to do some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing. Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends). We have a variety of shifts available between 5am and 11pm, 7 days a week. What’s in it for you?
