Our diverse team is empowered to make a meaningful impact with curiosity, creativity and resilience to shape better outcomes. Join us and accept the challenge of creating a better tomorrow. We’re looking for a Senior Business Process Re‑engineering Consultant. In this crucial client‑facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex business transformation initiatives. You will leverage your deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Process Mining to analyse, redesign, and optimise their core processes, preparing them to unlock new efficiencies with cutting‑edge automation and AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant, measurable impact for our clients. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their unique business challenges, and defining strategic roadmaps for process transformation and automation. Process Analysis & Redesign: Lead client workshops and conduct deep‑dived analyses of their business processes using process mining tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and key automation opportunities. Lean Six Sigma Application: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen) to re‑engineer client processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational quality and efficiency. Automation & AI Readiness: Advise clients on preparing and priming redesigned processes for automation, RPA and AI solutions. Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with senior client leaders, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure buy‑in, manage organisational change, and facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes. Project Leadership: Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of re‑engineering projects for our clients, defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and measuring post‑implementation success against key performance indicators (KPIs). Data‑Driven Insights: Develop and present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to client executives, using data from process mining and statistical analysis to quantify potential operational and financial benefits. At NCS, you'll work on large‑scale, meaningful transformations for enterprise and government clients. The solutions you help build and transform will provide smarter, more efficient services that millions of Australians rely on every day. You'll see the direct results of your work in the real world. Experience in a similar role for a management consultancy, professional services, technology consultancy or system integrator. Process Mining Expertise: hands‑on experience with process mining software and its application in a large‑scale business environment. Consulting Experience: proven experience in a client‑facing business process re‑engineering, process improvement, or management consulting role. Client‑Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence senior client stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Superior analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills. Change Management: Proven ability to lead clients through complex organisational change initiatives. Experience with transforming processes for automation and AI optimisation. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Telecommunication industry experience ideally including Network domain (OSS, Core Network & RAN). NCS Australia is where you can feel at home, nurturing your talents and skills as we make tomorrow together, one day at a time. Our benefits include paid parental leave, initiatives focused on your well‑being and discounted health insurance. You will also enjoy discounts on various products and services and be regularly recognised and rewarded for high performance. We are committed to your career development through our Capability Fingerprint, industry and partner training programs, special interest groups, and an AI‑driven learning platform.
