Business Services Manager / Senior Manager My client is experiencing significant growth, even in these times, and are looking to find an ambitious & technical Manager, or Senior Manager, who has a desire to take their career to the next level and progress towards Partnership. Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr. The business has a rich history having been established for over 20 years, they are at an exciting stage of growth and have invested heavily in modern technology and are always looking at ways to improve efficiency, assist client growth and ensure the team are enjoying themselves along the way As a Manager in this firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of between $800k & $1 million. Externally, you will act as a main point of contact for clients & provide both compliance and advisory services, the latter including Tax Planning & Structuring, Forecasting, Budgeting & Board Reporting. Internally, you will manage and mentor a team and also be part of a leadership group, with your feedback and ideas being taken on board to help shape the firm’s strategy. About You To be successful in this role, it is essential to have: 6 or more years within Public Practice At least 1-2 years in a similar role that has involved delegating & reviewing work CA or CPA qualified preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to showcase your technical knowledge Proven ability to engage & build relationships with clients Proactive, collaborative and able to think on your feet Desire to assist & mentor others and help grow a team around them Ambition to support the businesses growth as well as your personal growth Hands on Partners to help support you to get to where you want to progress to Relaxed & social culture within a close knit team Ongoing WFH policy Great location in the Eastern suburbs, close to public transport & parking available Genuine opportunity to progress to Partnership in the future, if it is desired Investment in technology - completely cloud based environment utilising Xero Complex & interesting clients that you'll be hands on with Highly competitive salary on offer Fortnightly training across both soft skill and technical development Sponsor local charities and opportunities to be involved in fundraising Incentives for introduction of new clients & bonus structure How to apply If this opportunity sounds of interest please apply directly.
