Our business continues to grow, and we are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our financial reporting. This is a hands‑on role supporting business performance and strategic decision‑making. This full‑time permanent role is ideal for an experienced Accountant with prior work experience in the food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Verify the reliability and statutory compliance of financial documentation and reports. Liaise with banks to manage payments, deposits, and other financial transactions. Oversee internal controls to protect financial data integrity and security. Assess financial viability and risk for proposed capital investment initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing accounting and budgetary policies. Compile and present accurate financial statements for Management. Conduct comprehensive financial reviews. Monitor and analyse company expenses, operational costs, and revenues to support financial planning. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in Food manufacturing industry Demonstrated experience in an accounting or financial role. Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production environment. A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to support and mentor junior staff Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation Why Join Us?
