Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator (Full-Time) Kids Patrol Academy is seeking a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our established early learning services located in Idalia and Oakey, Queensland. This is a full-time role, with placement at either location based on operational needs and applicant suitability. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high‑quality education and care in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF), while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of educational programs aligned with EYLF Promote children’s learning, development, wellbeing and safety Observe, document and contribute to children’s learning outcomes Ensure daily practices comply with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations Maintain accurate documentation and recordsWork collaboratively with educators, families and leadership Uphold child protection, health and safety obligations Skills and Experience Required Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121 or equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ experience in an approved early childhood education and care service Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQF and National Regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills Current Working With Children Check First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive annual salary above the TSMIT threshold Supportive and professional workplace culture Opportunities for career progression across multiple services #J-18808-Ljbffr
