Position Full-time/Part-time Responsibilities Preparing, cooking and plating a variety of high-quality pasta dishes Maintaining stock levels, monitoring freshness, and rotating produce correctly Managing ordering and communicating shortages efficiently Following recipes to ensure consistency and portion control Keeping the kitchen clean throughout service and ensuring a full clean-down at close Working collaboratively with chefs and FOH to ensure smooth service Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a pasta chef or in a similar role Strong understanding of fresh pasta, sauces, textures, and timing Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Passion for quality, consistency, and continual improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
