Our directorate delivers innovative infrastructure, capital works and maintenance services that support teaching, research and community engagement. In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure high‑quality governance, financial monitoring and reporting across our infrastructure project portfolio. Working closely with Project Managers and reporting to the Associate Director, you will drive continuous improvement in administrative and reporting processes to support successful project delivery. Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle in complex infrastructure or capital works, with expertise in project management frameworks, governance, and compliance. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare tender recommendations, submissions, reports, and briefing papers. Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a complex environment. Completion (or current enrolment) of postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience; or significant management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
