We are a team of problem solvers, creative thinkers, and technical solution experts. Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Asset Management Engineer with a Mechanical / Reliability background to join our Brisbane team. The role requires experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation or other heavy industries, strong asset‑management knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver asset‑management scopes of work individually and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Providing technical support and expertise within your discipline at a senior level; Provide asset management technical services and expertise at a senior level Manage, lead and contribute to the successful delivery of projects Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers Ensure a high level of quality in developing and reviewing deliverables Contribute towards proposals and tenders Qualifications & Experience: Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience 5-10 years’ experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation, manufacturing or other relevant industries Experience working for both an asset owner and consultancy is considered ideal CPEng status or ability to obtain (preferred) Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of Asset Management and its application Familiarity with Asset Management Plans (AMPs) Experience with Asset hierarchy, FMECA, Asset Criticality, Spares Analysis, Maintenance Strategy and Work Instruction development Understanding of maintenance engineering practices Experience with CMMS (i.e. Maximo, SAP or Oracle) Highly proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience delivering projects / scopes of work Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders *Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply* #J-18808-Ljbffr
