About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Kitchen Attendant / Cook to join a large and talented team of chefs in the main production kitchen, who deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Perform food preparation and maintain equipment, utensils and a clean hygienic kitchen Rotate stock and minimise wastage Follow directions from senior chefs and work as a team player Follow WHS, policies and procedures Requirements Full availability and flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends & public holidays. Previous kitchen cooking experience in a 4‑5 star hotel / resort or similar hospitality environment Knowledge of kitchen operations and cleaning practices. Developing knife skills and a genuine passion for food and cooking, positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Thrive in a large, busy & fast-paced professional kitchen environment, with efficiency, organisation and attention to detail. Clear communication skills, can follow direction and work well in a team environment. Excellent personal presentation.
