About the Role This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. We are looking for someone with a big personality that can have fun with, and entertain our guests. You will ideally also have a passion for hotels and hospitality and be driven for experience that will further your career within the company. This role will be predominantly evening based overseeing Hotel Alba's food & beverage operations. Key Responsibilities Assisting in leading, supporting, and inspiring our dedicated FOH team Maintaining a calm, confident presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and a warm guest journey Overseeing daily restaurant operations and assisting with rostering, staff development, and performance Optimising table flow and service rhythm to support both the guest experience and team efficiency Managing customer feedback with grace and professionalism Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every service Supporting inventory, ordering, and cost control Upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards Contributing to the continued refinement and growth of our guest experience Skills & Experience Hands on approach to work alongside your team Strong Food and Beverage service skills Precise attention to detail with an intense desire to strive for excellence always A confident, proactive and thorough problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skills The natural ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last minute changes Flawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors is a must.
