About our Opportunity Ventora Glass is seeking a proactive Process Support Specialist to join our Stapylton team. This is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and bridging the gap between operations and IT. As our Process Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our unique manufacturing processes run smoothly. You’ll provide operational, administrative, and basic IT support, working closely with both the Glass operations team and IT to keep everything on track. Key Respnsibilities Monitor workflows and identify process inefficiencies Provide first-level IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Collect, analyse, and report data to the right stakeholders (IT, suppliers, management) Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials—translating processes into clear words and visuals Support compliance and quality initiatives across the business Act as the key link between operations, IT, and external partners About You Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, IT Support, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Certificate in lean manufacturing (favourable) 1–3 years’ experience in process support, operations support, or IT support Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and eager to learn our unique systems Skilled at analysing processes and creating clear documentation (words and images) Strong data skills—able to collect, analyse, and report effectively Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools Able to work independently and collaboratively What's On Offer permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday - flexible start and finish times on-site secure parking generous discounts on our extensive range of products ability to schedule leave every year over the Christmas period. additional paid day’s leave on your birthday, even if it falls on the weekend flare benefits program - salary packaging, discounts and premium perks refer a friend and get rewarded with $$$ through our Employee Referral Program opportunities to cross-train, enhance your skills and advance your career Employee Assistance Program access Your Next Steps Ready to bridge the gap and drive operational excellence?
