The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a warm, inspiring, and play‑based learning environment. You will work closely with the Educational Leader and Assistant Director to implement high‑quality programming, nurture children’s curiosity, and build strong partnerships with families. Your Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate play‑based learning experiences tailored to 3‑year‑old children Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and progress in line with the EYLF and NQS Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment Support children’s autonomy, independence, and decision‑making Uphold Meraki’s commitment to child safety, sustainability, and culturally responsive practice About You You are a warm, creative, and reflective educator passionate about the early years. You thrive in collaborative environments, value play‑based learning, and are committed to children’s rights and holistic development. A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care Experience working with Kindergarten children or in an early childhood setting Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Reflective and collaborative approach to teaching and teamwork Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training Current Working with Children Check and Police Check Why Meraki?
