About the Role As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll help lead the team, maintain high food and safety standards, and deliver consistently great meals for our guests. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, commercial kitchen environment and enjoys mentoring and developing others. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations Leading and supervising kitchen staff, including training and performance support Ensuring all menu items are prepared to a high standard and available throughout service Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times Managing stock levels, ordering, storage, and quality control Liaising with Front of House to ensure smooth service delivery Stepping up to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence Contributing to a positive, motivated, and professional team culture What You’ll Bring Minimum стоятель experience in a similar Senior Sous Chef or leadership role Trade qualifications as a Chef Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food safety standards Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organisational and communication skills A strong customer and service focus Ability to work autonomously and under pressure A positive, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude Why Join Discovery Parks?
