We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Client Service Manager, Unlisted to join our dedicated Unlisted Services team in our Sydney office. Key Responsibilities Support the management of a portfolio of unlisted fund clients under the guidance of senior team members. Assist in maintaining accurate client registers using our internal registry system. Help coordinate client communications, including reporting and updates. Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up actions and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Payments to ensure smooth service delivery. Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives. Learn and apply regulatory requirements relevant to registry operations. About You Must have full working rights in Australia. Some experience or exposure to client services, fund administration, or financial services (internships or entry-level roles welcome). A basic understanding of registry operations or a strong willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow professionally.
