The Role We are looking for a full-time Practice Nurse Manager to join our Gladstone medical centre. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily treatment room operations and nursing services. You’ll lead and support a dedicated team of nurses to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care. Working closely with the Practice Manager and General Practitioners, you’ll coordinate clinical services, manage workflow and resources, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with leadership skills, a passion for primary health care, and a commitment to delivering efficient and compassionate care.
