About the Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products by collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders across the full Agile lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in driving continuous improvement and quality excellence. What You’ll Be Doing Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Automation: Build and maintain automated test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration: Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure full test coverage. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution; perform regression testing as needed. Agile Participation: Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Quality Advocacy: Promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement across the team. Reporting: Provide timely feedback on test results, coverage, and quality metrics. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a software tester within an Agile environment. Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Hands‑on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Bonus Points For ISTQB or Agile Testing certification. Experience with performance and/or security testing. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Programming experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java. #J-18808-Ljbffr
