Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Your Opportunity : We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our mobile clinical team supporting adults in residential aged care and the community. Provide dysphagia and communication assessment and intervention for adults. Open to permanent part-time (PPT) applicants with opportunities to support Plenas Speech Pathology Telehealth Clinic. Suitable for both recent graduates and experienced clinicians. You will deliver high-quality mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living with conditions such as dementia Parkinsons disease post-stroke impairments progressive neurological disorders and ageing-related decline. Your Responsibilities : Managing your own schedule choose the work hours and locations that suit you. Assessing and diagnosing swallowing and communication difficulties. Providing telehealth-based dysphagia and / or communication assessment and intervention. Collaborating with a national team of Speech Pathologists. Advocating for clients with communication difficulties. Working closely with care staff support coordinators and Plena colleagues to ensure optimal care. Providing consultative and educational support to clients families and colleagues.
