Description BravoFit is the Australian franchisee of Planet Fitness (NYSE), the leading global brand in fitness centres with over 2,700 clubs worldwide. We are on a mission to impact the lives of 1 million Australians by delivering fun and affordable fitness. We create comfortable, non‑intimidating environments that promote inclusion, positivity, and self‑fulfilment. Our small, agile team delivers 8‑12 new locations per year, while growing existing clubs year on year. Skills and Experience Good phone and communication skills Ability to follow directions and work independently Upbeat and motivating attitude Punctual and organized Remit Design individual exercise programs for members based on their experience, medical background, and personal goals. Train PF members during scheduled PE × PF hourly sessions. Submit all individual training programs or workout logs to the GM for review. Handle front desk operations when not busy training, including membership sales, cancellations, file maintenance, club tours, information calls, and daily cleaning. Inspect all Matrix and Life Fitness equipment for malfunctions or damage and report any issues. Inspect AED equipment. Oily the equipment once per week. Monitor the “30 min Express” area to ensure it is used appropriately. Experience / Qualifications Certifications: Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness. Provide club with a copy of valid certification or proof of progression. If not currently certified, obtain certification within two months of hire or risk demotion or termination. Prior supervisory experience preferred, 3–5 years in a similar field. Gym work experience and fitness background preferred. Certifications from an approved Australian fitness provider. First Aid & CPR certified or willing to obtain within 3 weeks of employment and provide proof. WWC (working with children) certificate for NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD, in effect from commencement date. National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date.
