Coaching, mentoring, modelling and providing feedback are essential elements of high performing schools and this role gives somebody an opportunity to contribute to ensuring that Benowa remains a school of high performance in teaching and learning. As the new Coach, you will be required to work with teachers from Prep-6, be an active and critical member of the Leadership team and build the capability of, and work with, the range of aspiring mentor teachers working toward the implementation of the 'Teaching of Reading Action Plan' and the broader work of teaching English.
