Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day. Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines. Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents. Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. You’re Likely a Match If You Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence. Have hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Are proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team-first attitude. Are comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions. Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery to maintain a secure work environment. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
