About You We are seeking Support Workers who demonstrate: Compassion, reliability and maturity Strong values and person-centred practice Flexibility and proactive support skills Ability to build respectful professional relationships Male applicants are encouraged Desired (not essential): Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar Support includes (depending on the person): Opportunities on Maggie Island and Townsville Days, weekends, and overnight shifts available Outdoor & physically active support Behaviour-aligned routines and family-centred support Community access & social support Domestic assistance & daily living supports Transport & appointment support Working within family-centred home environments The positions commence on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition to part-time. Remuneration sits at SACS Level 2.1 $43.23 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) SCHADS Award, as per the SCHADS Award. #J-18808-Ljbffr
