Learn more at Role Overview: The Research Manager / Senior Research Manager is responsible for executing customized market research projects for the corporate clients. The profile requires the candidates to work with his/her senior research team on key milestones of the project. This includes discussions with the clients, proposal writing, questionnaire preparation, analysis and report writing. The role requires working closely with the Research Director, Project Managers and Business Head ensuring the successful execution of the work. Key Responsibilities : Projects leadership: leads the design and execution (according to timing and budgets) of research projects to meet complex needs with minimal support and conduct analysis on high-complexity projects and develop strategic, clear, and engaging client presentations. Overall, ensures high efficiency & quality in the internal workings & execution of studies. Makes independent decisions as it relates to project management (including adjustments to survey setup, audience requirements, etc.) and people's tasks as appropriate. Clients leadership: build, own and grow client relationships and lead all client communications (from a research perspective), co-leading with commercial director to manage any issues that may arise. Team leadership: coach and upskill more junior team members. Provide strong guidance on projects execution, analysis techniques and final report design/structure/storytelling and provides sign-off on their deliverables. Has supervisory & coaching responsibility for junior researchers. Liaise with Research Directors for sign off/checks, escalation as appropriate. Liaise with Client Services, PMs and Ops team as appropriate, and Commercial team and external suppliers as appropriate. Wider contribution: proactively prepares and shares learnings from unique/challenging projects. Required Skills And Experience: MBA/ Master’s in Statistics/ Master’s in Marketing, Master’s in Behavioural Science, master’s in Psychology, 6-10 years of experience in Quantitative Market Research, preferably with a focus on FMCG clients. Self-Motivated - should be organized, responsible and goal-oriented person Should be willing to take initiative and responsibility Excellent command of spoken and written English Insight generation capability by reading the data and market knowledge Demonstrates very good understanding of advanced statistical techniques/complex research methodologies Logical thinker with strong communication (both oral and written) skills Personal Attributes Curious, creative, and forward-thinking mindset.
