About The Role We’re hiring permanent full‑time Customer Service Advisors to join our Darwin‑based Contact Centre, where you’ll be at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a high‑performing team that supports customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You’ll handle betting inquiries, process inbound telephone bets, and solve customer problems with speed, empathy, and attention to detail. You’ll also collaborate with teams across Payments, Security, Safer Gambling, and more, making you a go‑to source for accurate information and exceptional service. This is a permanent full‑time position. Rosters will vary and include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout our busiest sporting seasons, including the cricket and tennis season coming up soon. Please note: You must be available for 3 weeks of full‑time training starting 27th January 2026 (training includes Saturdays).
