Ensure strong inventory integrity and efficient stock flow. Minimise shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. Plan, coordinate, and execute inventory processes and procedures. Train employees, set performance targets, and deliver top‑tier customer service. Qualifications Retail management experience. Solid understanding of inventory control.
