Catering Assistant

Responsibilities Assemble prepare and produce food requirements as directed by the Chef Manager / Head Chef. Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas cooking equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with the HACCP Food Safety Plan monitoring food safety standards and practices maintaining hygiene in food preparation areas and completing all Food Safety Documentation accurately and timely. Ensure all kitchen equipment is operated following safe work procedures maintained in a clean and safe condition. Qualifications Must have Cert II Kitchen Operations or higher Food Safety Certificates Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment Full understanding of HACCP Food Safety guidelines Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills More than anything youll have a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for Spotless and our client.
