Mobilize is looking for an experienced Project Engineer for a 6‑month contract in Kwinana to support the demobilisation and remediation of the Train 2 lay‑down area. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard. It is ideally suited to an engineer with civil or earthworks experience who thrives in dynamic project environments and is ready to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities: Support the Lead Construction Delivery Engineer in planning and delivering the Train 2 demobilisation and remediation. Catalogue, relocate, and manage disposal of materials, including engaging third‑party contractors. Remediate the land and return it to the owner. Work closely with engineering, execution, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee procurement, cost, and schedule activities. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure compliance with project governance. Qualifications: Tertiary degree in engineering, preferably mechanical. Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in mining, metals, resources, or industrial projects. Hands‑on experience in brownfield projects including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Experience in civil or earthworks projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of Australian engineering and construction practices. Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
