The role focuses on strategy, policy, and operational support for online teaching and learning systems, staff professional learning, digital content production, and statewide ICT service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead your team to deliver high‑quality support across schools and the system, maintaining strong relationships with the ICT division. Ensure consistent project management and risk assessment practices. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to optimise service delivery. Drive initiatives and projects aligned with Department priorities. Collaborate across teams to deliver a connected, coherent service model. Analyse trends to identify areas for improvement. Lead branch operations in accordance with the Department’s strategic directions, policies and relevant legislation.
