Care Point Medical Clinic is looking for a Dynamic Medical Admin. Must have experience in Reception roles. This is casual but we are not looking for a short-term commitment. Might be required to work in 2 locations. You will be part of a dedicated medical team that provides the highest quality GP services with exceptional patient care in a very busy practice. The Role Along with providing exceptional customer service, your daily duties will include: Scheduling and processing patient appointments for GP's and Specialists Manage patient invoicing and receipting. Managing telephone enquiries Handle complaints and deal with Medicare related issues. Skills and Experience As first point of contact for our patients, we require the following: A professional, patient and courteous manner Excellent articulation and telephone manner Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking capabilities Essential for Job CPR certificate Immunisations Must have a car as you need to work in 2 locations in Casuarina and Palmerston. Training On-site training and support will be provided. You must be a quick learner and able to process a high volume of new information quickly.
