What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Support the region PAS Manager, by providing Range / Estate Upkeep maintenance, operation and security. This includes after-hours caretaker duties during exercises. Ensure alignment with Defence infrastructure strategies and compliance standards. Provide technical and non-technical range operation and maintenance, including booking management, site preparedness and support services. Conduct inspection, maintenance and upkeep of all training areas and camp assets. Capture TARM and EU performance metrics. Provide input into reporting to support the PAS Manager. What You'll Bring Extensive experience in estate development and infrastructure management. Strong understanding of Defence estate planning and compliance frameworks. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting for infrastructure projects. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
