As the Spa Receptionist, you will report to the Spa Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service. Your warm and professional approach will create a lasting impression of The Darling Spa, while you manage all operational aspects of the spa reception. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for The Darling Spa team. A few of your responsibilities Respond promptly and accurately to guest inquiries about spa facilities, services, and events Address guest queries and concerns professionally and with tact Greet all guests and colleagues upon entry and exit Process and reconcile cash, credit, and room charge transactions efficiently Monitor retail stock levels and report re-order needs to management Complete monthly inventory checks of all retail merchandise accurately What we will be looking for Minimum 1 year of frontline customer service experience in spa, retail, or sales Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment About you You’re a warm, professional, and customer-focused individual who thrives in creating memorable experiences.
