Position Overview: The company is seeking a dedicated and professional Account Executive to join their Inside Sales team. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in increasing sales and contributing to the company's growth by building and strengthening client relationships. This role operates under a hybrid work model. Responsibilities: Attain monthly sales objectives. Process orders. Help customers build their business. Assist clients with technical inquiries such as product ingredients. Provide customers with information on their orders, past invoices, return policies, and tracking orders. Research and identify new potential client options and follow up on referrals. Qualifications: Experience in a sales or customer service role. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel). Strong listening skills, very customer focused, and professional.
