ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR - Hamilton Island As an Electrician Foreman / Supervisor , you’ll lead a team of Electricians and Leading Hands, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across Hamilton Island. We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on leader with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship. Why you’ll love working with us Hands‑on leadership role - lead from the front, not from behind a desk Live where others holiday - subsidised, sole‑use staff accommodation on Hamilton Island Enjoy exclusive perks - discounts on dining, ferry travel, island activities and more Be part of a true community - join a close-knit team with great culture and recognition programs Where you’ll make an impact Lead and supervise the electrical team, driving a culture of safety, compliance and teamwork Manage day‑to‑day electrical operations, including maintenance, installations and emergency works Maintain and repair systems across accommodation, resort venues, commercial kitchens, motors, pumps and AV Prioritise urgent guest‑related repairs to ensure comfort and safety Monitor team performance, approve timesheets and prepare work rosters Ensure accurate recordkeeping of materials, hours and maintenance reporting Support other trades and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to meet operational needs Communicate clearly with stakeholders and your team through regular meetings and briefings What we’re looking for You’re an experienced electrician who leads by example, with a focus on quality, compliance and collaboration. You’re ready to step up into a supervisory role in a location that offers more than just a job.
