As our Penetration Testing Manager, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding ING's digital ecosystem. Responsibilities Manage and co-ordinate end-to-end penetration testing engagements, including scoping, execution, reporting, and remediation support. Mentor and grow a team of penetration testers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. Qualifications Deep knowledge of offensive security principles, techniques, and methodologies. At least 5+ years of experience in offensive security, including team leadership and hands-on penetration testing expertise. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage delivery timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Background in consulting or client-facing roles; experience in managed services environments is highly regarded. Familiarity with regulated industries desirable.
