Help deliver engaging learning programs to the children in our care. Build lasting connections with children, families, and your team in a fun, supportive environment. Celebrate cultural diversity by weaving unique traditions into daily learning. What You Need to Succeed A minimum of a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent). A passion for working with children and creating magical moments in their development. A deep understanding of Child Protection and mandatory reporting. Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards. Strong communication skills and a genuine love for collaboration. An eager, positive attitude with a drive to grow and succeed.
