Job Title Data Entry Officer – International Soft Drink Manufacturer Location Condell Park, NSW Employment Type Full‑time, Permanent Salary $32.10 per hour Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Officer to join our busy production facility in Condell Park. As part of an established international soft drink manufacturing company, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our operations team. Key Responsibilities Accurately input production data, inventory records, and quality control information into company systems. Verify and update database records to ensure data integrity. Process orders, shipping documentation, and manufacturing reports. Maintain filing systems and organize electronic and physical records. Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams. Generate reports and respond to data queries from various departments. Ensure compliance with company data management procedures. Essential Requirements Unlimited working rights in Australia (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency). Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Desirable Skills Previous data entry or administrative experience. Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
