About the Role You will run our HP Indigo 12000 HD press and HP Indigo 7800 producing high‑quality brochures, flyers, books, posters and business cards with quick turnarounds. Key Requirements, Skills & Qualifications We are looking for aptitude over experience. If you are interested in establishing your career in high‑quality print this is the job for you. Minimum Level 1 Operator Certificate on HP Indigos in either S3 or S4 machines Reliable Team player with a positive attitude Proactive, efficient, able to work unsupervised Quality focused Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met Strong organisational skills Experience in pre‑press/artwork and colour management (preferred but not essential) Permanent or full‑time resident of Australia What we insist on Being polite and civil to all you come in contact with; being neat and tidy; punctuality; following a clearly defined production and commitment schedule; and a "can do" attitude and willingness to work overtime to meet strict turnaround deadlines.
