Trainer - Classroom Facilitator

The opportunity We’re seeking a passionate and engaging Trainer – Classroom Facilitator to join our VIC/TAS Training Team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-impact training programs across classroom and online environments, supporting new and existing employees in areas such as General Induction, Customer Service, and Disability Awareness. Key responsibilities Facilitate professional, engaging training sessions both in-person and online Create inclusive and positive learning environments Use varied teaching methods to suit different learning styles Maintain accurate training and safety records Encourage collaboration and critical thinking through group activities Manage classroom dynamics with professionalism and empathy Continuously improve training delivery through feedback and reflection What you'll bring Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) Minimum 2 years’ experience in training or facilitation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of adult learning principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems Knowledge of safety legislation or a willingness to learn quickly Desirable: Experience in the bus industry or customer service Why join us?
