Ecommerce Coordinator

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SABA website, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving revenue and profitability. This role is key to executing our digital strategy, optimising online store performance, and supporting the brand’s commercial objectives. We are built to last. Trade Build and manage product categories, product merchandising and navigation to ensure relevant customer journeys based on Marketing, Trade and Search activity. Ownership of the product enrichment process and upload all available product in accordance with delivery dates. Monitoring stock and maintaining a detailed view of the product catalogue. Optimisation of product and site content to drive conversions. Set up and test promotions in line with the planned activity. Upload product & promotions on Marketplaces. Reporting Accurately report on email and website performance weekly and execute actionable insights. Perform detailed website checks, report any issues with urgency and make fast and accurate updates where necessary. User Experience Brief and implement on site content, including homepage, landing pages and blog content with a strong focus on UX and mobile. Maintain on site search settings, report on search activity, and continually work to optimise the search experience. Communicate with the Customer Care team to ensure the customer help centre is up to date and a positive customer experience is a priority. Build relationships and work with key teams to continually optimise product merchandising, content and communications on site. Play an active role in identifying valuable site enhancements with an understanding of the development roadmap and planned sprints. Undertake UAT for future developments. Marketing Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Creative teams to execute engaging email & SMS campaigns in line with our core marketing calendar and tactical initiatives. Support in end-to-end process of email creation from briefing, development, testing, feedback, and deployment. Optimise and manage all trigger and journey-based email campaigns for the brand. Assist in keeping the go-to-market visual planner up to date. You 2+ years in an ecommerce role and ideally an Ecommerce university degree Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex ecommerce platforms Knowledge of Google Analytics Basic understanding of HTML Intermediate proficiency in Excel Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klayvio High-level of attention to detail Excellent communicator and collaborative team-player A passion for online retail & a positive can-do attitude Experience in Comestri highly regarded Where do I sign?
