What We Offer You 5:2 Roster Excellent and Competitive Remuneration Access to the exclusive Rema Exclusive Benefits Program offering discounts on a wide range of products and services MATESAFE Principles: uphold a strong safety culture across all worksites Key Responsibilities Coordinate the company’s quality management system and documentation Conduct quality investigations Coordinate and execute the HSEQ audit schedule, ensuring compliance with HSEQ systems and policies, ISO9001 and ISO45001 frameworks Maintain audit documentation and records as per legislative and internal requirements Provide audit reports to management including management review Assist with the development of company safety policies and procedures and ensure systems support compliance with workplace inspections and current regulations Review audit and non-audit action requests, determine trends and formally communicate to management team Work Health & Safety Provide robust WHSE support to the organization locally in managing health, safety and environmental risk as determined by operational requirements Support provided as required under direction of WHSEQ Manager Essential An active can-do attitude and actively support our stakeholders (internal and external) Audit qualifications – Quality & Safety Management Systems with 2+ years’ experience Experience implementing accreditation processes from beginning to end Tertiary Qualifications in HSE (Cert IV or above) with 2+ years’ experience in HSE, ideally within the mining/heavy industrial service industry ICAM trained Demonstrable communication and relationship building skills Mid-level computer literacy The ability to independently prioritise tasks in an environment of competing demands Strong planning and organisational skills Desirable High Risk Work qualifications (Working safely at heights, confined space, gas test atmospheres) Chain of Responsibility (NHVS) exposure Dangerous Goods & Hazardous Substances training Job Summary This is a fixed term position for 6 months, with the potential of an extension. The purpose of this position is to support Rema Tip Top – Industrie (RTTI) Operations through the development, implementation and maintenance of RTTI HSEQ systems/processes. This support ensures systems and processes are in place to meet RTTI’s internal operational requirements, legislative and contractual obligations.
