What’s on Offer Competitive salary + commissions , based on experience Hybrid work flexibility Strong internal career progression and development pathways A supportive environment with excellent administrative, technical, and growth support Opportunity to mentor junior brokers and broking assistants What You’ll Be Doing Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, contributing to team sales targets Conduct detailed risk assessments and analyse client needs across personal and commercial accounts Use your market knowledge to review exposures and loss history and design effective insurance programs Develop and execute placement and renewal strategies in collaboration with internal experts Support new business initiatives, including preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and cross-selling across the organisation Shape custom solution strategies and communicate expectations clearly within the team Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Rensure Insurance & Risk About You You will thrive in this role if you bring: Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills Experience across a range of commercial insurance products and risk advisory Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation capability A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with proven new business success Solid technical understanding across general insurance lines Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Ready to Take the Next Step?
