Hours: Casual position (Monday to Friday shifts available)Location: Coburg NorthReports to: Head Baker About Wonder Pies Wonder Pies, founded by renowned Melbourne Chef Raymond Capaldi, is home to handcrafted deep‑pan pies, gourmet baked goods and premium pastries. As our production continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Baker to join our growing team in Coburg North and support daily production of our premium products. About the Role This hands‑on production role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and teamwork. You will be involved in the preparation, filling and finishing of our pies and baked goods, ensuring every product is made to Wonder Pies’ high standards of quality, hygiene and presentation. Key Responsibilities Support daily production by filling and finishing baked products Maintain consistency and accuracy in every task to meet production targets Maintain a clean, hygienic and well‑organised workspace Work collaboratively with the baking and production teams to ensure smooth workflow What We’re Looking For Previous experience in food production or bakery operations (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards Physically fit and capable of working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Reliable, punctual and able to follow direction Team‑focused with good communication and a positive attitude Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Flexibility to work early starts and weekday shifts What We Offer Competitive casual hourly rate Monday to Friday shifts – no weekend work Supportive and friendly team environment Free onsite parking Chef‑made lunch provided daily Opportunity to grow within a respected Melbourne food business How to Apply If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a passionate production team, we’d love to hear from you.
