Services include career transition assistance, job placement, training, and self‑employment support. About the Role The Regional Leader is committed to a high level of achievement of outcomes in the delivery of the Workforce Australia Program in their Employment Region. The Regional Leader’s role is to support the region’s team in meeting/exceeding their performance objectives within a quality framework and delivering service excellence through coaching, mentoring, empowering and fostering a high performing team. The Regional Leader will lead, manage and support their team to provide service excellence through building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, participants and community partners, enabling sustainable employment opportunities and outcomes for program participants. The Regional Leader is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships in the community that support participants on their journey to work. What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire: Coach and mentor site leaders and consultants to achieve KPIs and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture. Drive Results: Oversee regional performance, compliance, and financial viability, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Build Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and government stakeholders to create sustainable employment pathways. Champion Innovation: Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery to meet evolving needs. Represent Mas National: Be a visible leader at industry events, forums, and community engagements. About You Proven leadership experience in Employment Services, Training, or similar sectors. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve targets in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. Knowledge of Workforce Australia or Jobactive guidelines. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
