Provide warm and attentive bar and food service that leaves a lasting impression Mix and serve drinks, pour beers and deliver meals with efficiency and care Help set up and maintain clean dining, bar and service areas and follow all hygiene and compliance standards to keep our environment safe and professional Understand daily menu offerings, make thoughtful recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs Collaborate with the team to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest More about you Previous experience in food and beverage service within a fast-paced environment Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates Barista and Bartender skills is highly desirable Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster The application period will close on 14/12/2025, unless sufficiently qualified candidates are identified sooner.
