In-House Creative Videographer and Graphic Design

Its a shore thing The Shore Beach Club is BACK and looking for its creative team to join us for a very busy summer and beyond Benefits Discounts on meals and merchandise at this and our other venues; Be part of a growing company with multiple brands; Scope to grow within our organisation; Iconic tourist precinct; Employment available on a full-time basis; As our in-house creative, you'll capture high-quality photos and videos, and deliver top-level graphic design work for materials such as club flyers, menus, promotional graphics, and any additional design needs. You'll be primarily focused on our rooftop club, Shore Beach Club Manly, however occasionally you may be tasked to assist the other designers and content teams in our group with specific projects or ongoing activations. Here’s What We’re Searching For Professionally Produce visually engaging content that aligns with our venue's brand identity; Create and execute design concepts for digital and print materials, including social media assets, posters, banners, and merchandise; Work closely with the marketing and events teams to capture photo and video content of events, special activations, and brand initiatives, with an eye for both candid and curated shots; Develop branding elements and creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and events; Ability to take direction; Able to work at a fast pace environment; and High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic. Required Skills And Qualities Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing; Advanced graphic design skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc); Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics; Ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines; Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with team members and external partners. Preferred Qualifications A background in creative media, design, or related fields; Previous experience in hospitality or event-driven venues; Familiarity with social media trends and content creation for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Please attach a copy of your CV with your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
