Due to expanding operational requirements and ongoing service commitments, we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following full-time positions: 1. Office Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative workflows. Handle internal and external correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, business records, and databases. Assist in financial administration including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash. Prepare business documentation, reports, and summaries for management. Support staff onboarding, recruitment paperwork, and employee record maintenance. Monitor and coordinate timesheets, rosters, payroll data, and leave management. Manage office inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and internal policies. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating communication across the team. Participate in process improvements to enhance business efficiency. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 1-year full-time experience in office administration or a related role. Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills. Experience managing office systems, records, and financial documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent digital administration software. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of WHS obligations and compliance requirements is desirable. 2. Commercial Cleaner Key Responsibilities: Perform commercial and industrial cleaning in offices, retail sites, and commercial facilities. Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning of various surfaces. Clean, disinfect, and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, amenities, and work areas. Remove rubbish, manage waste, and maintain hygiene standards. Operate commercial cleaning equipment including buffers, polishers, and industrial vacuums. Follow cleaning schedules and maintain high service quality. Comply with all workplace health and safety procedures and safe chemical use guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 1 year full-time experience in commercial or industrial cleaning. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe work practices. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Reliability, punctuality, and strong time-management skills. Understanding of WHS practices in cleaning environments. Location: South Hedland, Pilbara Region, WA What We Offer: Salary between $73,000 – $80,000 depending on skills and experience.
