The successful candidate will be responsible for installing ducting systems for commercial HVAC project on the Gold Coast. The Position The HVAC Duct Installer is responsible for the installation of all sheet metal duct work, FCUs and fans, for all ventilation and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities Ductwork Installation : Installation of ductwork and equipment from reading of construction drawings, with required measuring and cutting to achieve a compliant system. Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Interaction : Communicate effectively with site managers, staff and clients to explain work performed. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Quality Control : Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC duct installation or a related field. Skills : Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation techniques. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
