About the Role As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for cutting and assembling frames and trusses, playing a crucial role in the assembly of prefabricated frames and roof trusses. Your ability to utilise various hand and power tools for assembly will be essential, as you will be working with a range of equipment and machinery. Safety is of utmost importance to us, so we need someone who can and will safely operate and maintain the equipment and machinery, ensuring a secure working environment. Attention to detail is a top priority in this role, as we believe that quality is just as important as quantity. You should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Cut and assemble frames and trusses with precision and accuracy. Participate in the assembly of prefabricated frames and roof trusses. Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality. Prioritise site safety and demonstrate a duty of care for your team, staff, and site visitors. Embrace a hands‑on approach and possess a can‑do attitude. Manual handling of goods and stock (may include timber, wood, plasterboard, other building materials from time to time). Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in frame and truss assembly or a similar field is preferred. Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Demonstrated awareness and adherence to site safety protocols.
