The Gold Fields apprentice intake starts in January and offers tailored mentoring, technical development and role specific training to help you succeed.
You'll learn from our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, building skills and gaining experience at one of our four mine sites.
Role Details: Reporting to the Coordinator, you will be responsible for gaining and developing the required skills to successfully complete the requirements of an apprenticeship in a Light Vehicle Mechanical trade.

This role is offered on 5 days on and 2 days off, 4 days on 3 days off roster and would require the incumbent to be residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie.
This role will be required to work underground.

Applying underpinning knowledge and skills gained through the apprentice training program to enhance the reliability, serviceability and availability of mining equipment, support equipment, and infrastructure relevant to your trade.
Ensures a safe work environment by ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy and free of hazards.
Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and reporting all hazards and incidents.
Improve the overall effectiveness of the maintenance team by providing support and assistance as directed.
