Overview OPSM is seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team in Browns Plains, Western Australia. You will be involved in the customer’s journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customising high-fashion frames from luxury brands to suit the customer’s lifestyle. Responsibilities Assist customers through their eyewear journey from initial consult to post-purchase follow-up. Engage with luxury brands (e.g., CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Gucci) to select and tailor frames to individual lifestyle and preferences. Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience. Qualifications Retail experience – optical is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills and a quick learner. Passion to help others see the beauty in life.
